Is there anyway to verify that my Acurite smarthub is downloading to weather underground?

is the left blue light blinking  a true indicator the signal is transmitting to WU. I have used several different passwords and the left blue light keeps on blinking for one second about every five seconds.

Yes go to your weather underground site and see your stations info.

The problem is that the smart hub indicator lights (blue) indicate that it is functioning but it never gets to Weather underground. If the smart hub is working where is it sending data to?

Sorry Bob does the info from your station show up on your Myacurite dashboard?

The blue indicator lights function as advertised, sensor solid & network flashes off for one second and stays on for 5-6 seconds. The data on the dashboard is current. Thanks

yes, the box in allow sharing  has a check mark in it.

and the section under that (sharing to weather underground) has all the info filled in.

I would say that looks write, boxes 3 &4 would be the names you gave those units or the default. Now if you just filled that in it could take a little bit , if that's how its been and its not working they say that sometimes you may need to remove the info and then put it back.  Also no copy and paste it causes problems.

did that to box 2,   3&4 were on a drop down list. Have wiped this connection and reentered info (no cut & paste) still no joy

Bob double check your station ID they all have 10 digits yours has 9

One other thing , I just remove sharing completely and the   ----- blue network light is still blinking like all is OK
don't know what the icon is for totally frustrated but this is where I would put it

The blue lights should be almost solidly on the left light should go off for a second or so like every 30 seconds as it receives a signal from a sensor.  what icon are you talking about?

sorry, LOL, that was personal frustration, but the light on the left is blinking around 5-6 seconds instead of 30 seconds.  Is this some kind of code?

Bob a real fast question when you sign on to WU using your MyAcuRite account are you using your WU password or your WU station key ?

I have tried both, right now I am using my password.         Which is correct?

For my station I have to use my password .  One thing I did when I had problems with my " smarthub " was delete all  WU info then unclick the sharing part shut down My AcuRite  and unplug my hub for about 30 minutes . Then re plug  my hub redo  the WU sign in make sure you type in CAPS and do not cut and paste then try your password first wait 5 or 10 minutes if it still doesn't connect try station key . Once again type them in no cut and paste .

Got it, I have tried most of this but tomorrow I am going to follow your instructions. I may have missed something. I know I am only one click from making this to work but it took Edison over 2000 tries to get the light bulb right.

I gave it one last try last night and then shut down. Logged on this morning and there it was transmitting.
