Is there anyway to have the access hub pick up on the console for data along with the outside 5 and 1 sensor?

No.  The console has no radio transmitter to send data to the Access.

No.  The only new information you might get from the console is interior temp and humidity, but you can get that with a $13 tower sensor.

Hmmm alright, thanks, I ask because on the console the peak wind is 16 at the moment and on the dashboard it is 13. So I assume it missed that peak gust because the dashboard updates only every what? 5 minutes? And the console every 18 seconds suggesting more accurate data.

If you setup a Weather Underground station and share the 5in1 with it you will get quicker updates there as the hub sends to WU at a faster rate than to dashboard.
