IOS APP: Can't Log In

IOS APP: Can't Log In: I can log into my PWS through the Acu-Link.com/dashboard. However, when i try to log on to the IOS App (Ver. 1.8.4) on my iPhone 6S it doesn't recognize my login credentials and I get "Unable to log in. Email/password combination is not valid". I'm trying to log in with the same credentials as at acu-link.com/dashboard. Any advice?

I had that problem on android I Uninstalled and reinstalled app and was able to log on no problems since then

Thanks David.  I've tried that - and again just now - and haven't had any luck.

Hi Bobby,

Please ensure you have deleted Acurite HQ from your Aculink account.   Follow these steps to delete the AcuRite HQ data from your software:

1) Login to http://www.aculink.com on a computer. After login, navigate to the upper right hand corner and click on the drop down menu by your e-mail address:

2) Select "Follow My Friend's Bridge" from the menu.

3) Click on the red X on the left of the AcuRite HQ bridge MAC address (Location: Lake Geneva, WI):

4) Click the "OK" button to stop subscribing to this bridge.
 
          A popup appears click OK to unsubscribe from bridge
