invalid password on phone app

When I try to login in to the MyAcuRite app on my phone, it says that my password is invalid. It works on the website but not on my new phone. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and I still have the same issue.

Have you tried to change the password to the account?  Please verify you have the email typed correctly.  Thank you.

That is when the issue started. I changed the password on my computer and it still works. I try the same email and password on the app and get Error-password is invalid. I have also uninstalled the app and reinstalled it.
