Internet Bridge Has NO power at all, was waiting for the upgrade, lights were a steady blue for 4 days, saw online for trouble shooting, said to unplug for two minutes and then plug back in, at this time the unit no longer powers up. Have tried calling many times for help and your phones lines seem not to be working. WHY are there so MANY problems going on here?

Hello Wayne,

We are sorry that you were not able to get through. Due to the high call volume we are experiencing, it has caused the phones to be overloaded. We are working on getting this corrected. If you have tried the troubleshooting steps, then please fill out the form at the bottom of the link to request a replacement smartHUB. Enjoy your day!

Hello Jeremy,

Are you getting blue lights on both sides or just the right side? Look under the plastic that goes around the hub and see if there are lights on underneath it. Is there an amber light in the back flashing or a green light that is steady? Thank you. Have a good day!

Hello Jeremy,

If the right light is on and the left light is off, we would believe you have a network issue.  Do you have the smartHUB plugged directly into your router or are you using a switch of any kind?  The smartHUB needs to be plugged directly into the router.  Please correct this if applicable and try to add the smartHUB to My AcuRite again.  Thank you and have a great day!
