Hello Bob,

You can check the timestamp on My Backyard weather for your barometric pressure. The pressure comes directly from the bridge, so if this is updating the information is transmitting through.  You also want to make sure the blue lights are flashing on the bridge. Thank you. Have a good day!

All the sudden my app data has frozen. Can't figure out what to do. Reset power, did re-register and nothing seems to work on the app. Also lost everything but the pressure on my account web page. Is there a server problem?

Hello Mark,
If you removed the MAC address from the account then re-registered, you completely reset the account.  If your barometric pressure is not updating, we would recommend unplugging the bridge and the router for about 5 minutes then plugging it back in and rebooting.  If your barometric pressure is updating and you are not viewing the sensor information, we would recommend bringing the sensor inside and placing it next to the bridge for about an hour.  After you do either of these, sign out and back into the application.  This should fix the issue, but if you continue to have the issue please call AcuRite Customer Support at 877-221-1252 so they can log into your account and see where the issue lies.  Thank you and have a great day!
