I have only had the AcuRite Projection Alarm Clock model 13020 a little over a month, and the display screen, which originally was a fantastically luminous blue, has suddenly stopped lighting up. The time and other displays and the entire background are grayed out and nearly impossible to read. I have consistently had it plugged in, so I didn't think it would be battery drainage but, just in case, I tried new batteries - to no avail. Could you please assist me or give me information on how to exchange the product? I do not have a receipt, as I received it as a birthday gift. Thank you.
