The data on the iPhone app and the ipad app is different from the data on the base.  The rainfall shows much less on the iPhone and ipad apps.  How can I recalibrate?

Dear Donna Hoffinger,

Are you running the software on your computer or do you have the internet bridge that plugs directly into the router?

Have a Great Day.

We have the internet bridge.  Which I was not happy to discover had to be purchased extra.  I chose this weather station specifically cuz it said it linked to a smart phone.

Hi Donna,

If you are getting different readings this could be caused by wireless interference. I would recommend that when you have the next rainfall to put the bridge and display next to each other. They should end up matching. If they do not then that could be an indication of wireless interference. Do you believe the display is the one readings correctly, or Acu-Link is reading correctly?  We did have an issue with some rainfall not reporting correctly on Acu-Link and have passed it on to our developers for investigation. Unfortunately if it did not register the rain, there is no way to get that information back and add it into the total accumulation.  Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist you with. Thank you. Enjoy your day!
