I will need acurite to replace my SmartHub. No green no amber lights and only steady blue lighs. It has been dow for weeks and I have already been on the phone too much!

No Ethernet lights can also be caused a bad network cable, damaged port (at either end) contact wires, router/switch port shutdown from too many transmission errors (anti-spew).

A new thread, does not let us see what transpired before. Please continue on your prior thread for the topic. in the future.
The (steady) Blue LED makes me think this is at least somewhat alive.
Did you remove both The Network cable AND power , wait about 3 min then connect them again.
Did you try a different cable? Router port?

Yes tried different cable, different port, and multi times tried every single suggestion online possible.
