I purchased a 5 in 1 Pro PWC about 3 months ago. It has the "Smart Hub" and I've had nothing but problems with it. Repeated calls to customer service have resulted in no resolution to the problem. I would like to send this whole unit back and have my original purchase price refunded.
The email states that the items must be returned in their original packaging, I do not have the original packaging but can package it in a different box and pad it so that it won't be damaged. Will this be acceptable?
