I replaced my older hub with the new Access and everything was working fine. Then at 10:56 last evening it went offline and has not come back. Any ideas? Unfortunately this unit and the sensors are in a second home,so I’m only there on weekends and really need it to monitor temp and humidity since this is a location on the coast. Thanks, David Hawkins

Since it is often suggested to reboot the SmartHub or Access along with modem/router to get back online I was thinking that for people with remote site setups a timer that turns off/on every x hours would insure against a prolonged outage thus eliminating the need to travel to the remote site. I always wondered about if anyone did this or if it is an acceptable procedure according to Acurite.

Access  has issues, having the same problem,  it seems it can't be solved so far.

Hello David,

Can you please let us know when you are at that location what the lights on the AcuRite Access are doing?   We would recommend that you power down the Access and the router for about 2 minutes. Unplug the Ethernet from the router.  After the 2 minutes power up the router first, and wait for it to come back online. Once it is back online power up the Access. Give it a couple of minutes and it should come back online.
