I live where our rainfall year is 7/1 - 6/30. How do I set up my weather station to do this?

Hello Michael,

I am not sure what you mean? If you want the rain to record only from that time frame you would want to reset your display on 7/1 and then it will start recording the rainfall from that date and will continue until the max rainfall of 99.99 is reached or if the display is reset it will reset the rain reading depending on the model number of your display. Can you provide me with the model number?

I have two displays, #1512 & #1515.  Both were installed after the beginning of the year and I was under the impression they automatically think of the rainfall year as 1/1 - 12/31.  If that isn't the case it makes it really easy...

Hello Michael,

For the 01512 if you want to start the rainfall on 7/1 you can press and hold the reset button on the back of the display. This will put it back to factory settings clearing the rainfall total that you currently have in there and starting at zero. The 01515 has the all time total rainfall on it so it will keep tallying the total. You would clear this by pressing the pinhole reset in the back of the display. There is a clear today and clear all button however this typically doesn't clear the rainfall readings. If you press the pinhole reset for about 10 seconds it will take the display to factory settings as well.
