This model has an "atomic" clock correct?  Around midnight each night it will try to receive the WWVB signal and set the time and date to what it says.  If you don't have the time zone set correctly, then you will get problems like this.  When it happens again, instead of manually setting the time and date, adjust the time zone setting until the time and date are correct.  After that, they should stay that way.  Also, set daylight savings to on if you are in an area that observes daylight savings when it is active (even though it is not active right now).

Have you set the entire date correctly? (Not specific to this model)Many compute the day from the exact date/time

This uses the WWVB radio signal to set the time and date and DST or not.  I have a number of "atomic" clocks and all of them have trouble getting the signal in certain rooms.  That said, only the two Acurite brand ones ever set themselves to the wrong time and date with weak or bad signal.  Don't count on Acurite for an alarm clock.
The other brands seem to be smart enough to ignore noise and may just go several days without syncing to the WWVB.  The worst case for them is that they drift off by a few seconds, or miss the DST switch by a few days.

You may have to move the clock to get better reception.

Hello All,
We do recommend turning off the atomic signal for the weather station. The atomic signal is picking up at night and changing the date on the clock. To turn off the signal, please follow the steps listed below. Thank you.

1. Press and Hold the Up and Down buttons (located on the back of the display) for at least 10 seconds. Watch the antenna icon in the bottom right corner of the display. When the icon disappears, release the buttons. Atomic Signal Reception is now disabled.
2. To reactivate the receiver, simply press and hold the UP/Down buttons for at least 10 seconds until the antenna icon reappears in the lower right corner.
