I installed the new bridge unit now everything has a weak signal, from the 5-1 and all the external devices anyone having this problem and solve it? Hold time for support was over two hours.

Hello Bob,

Where do you have the AcuRite Access placed? Is it within 3 feet of any major electronics, router included? If so, please pull the Access away from the router as far as the Ethernet cable will allow you. Please leave the Access in this location for 48 hours to monitor the signal strength. Thank you.
