I have been on hold for sales for 3 Hours 5 Mins and this is rediculious with the last 1 Hour and 5 minuts as number 1 in line!

I have two Acurite Hubs and I got a key to upgrade one of them but need a key to upgrade the second one.

Just hang on. Soon you should get the message that says there is a problem with the phone systems and to call back later.

You would think the could modify there website to allow us to put in the device code and they would check to see if the device has been upgraded and if not email us a code. But they seem to be satisfied with this bad press.

After 4 hours and 12 minutes and 7 minutes before their office was scheduled to close, I got  "We are experiencing system problems and can not process your order. Please call back later"  This is the most ridiculous behavior for a company I have ever been subjected to. They should be ashamed of them selves.

I honestly believe they just don’t care anymore. There’s something going on here that just doesn’t add up. I guess they’ll just keep selling products until they run out of naive buyers!
