I have an Acurite hub with three sensors (AcuRite 01059RM Temperature and Humidity Monitoring System) and I have just been informed that you are discontinuing this service. I only had it a few months and works perfectly fine for my purposes. I have no interest in paying to upgrade the service. Why can't you support existing customers? If I had known it was only going to be useful for nine months without having to pay more to continue use, I wouldn't have bought it!
