I have a new 09150TRX Internet Bridge which I cannot connect to my router. I get to step 5 of the installation instructions and the status lights never reach the blinking state. The Status Light 2 stays a solid blue and Status Light 1 is a steady blue for about twenty seconds then slowly blinks off and on and repeats at twenty second intervals. I have tried repeatedly powering everything down (including the router) and restarting the process, but to no avail. I moved the ethernet cord to a second connection on the router and ensured solid connections, nada. Glenn Nichols

Hello Glenn,

Do you have the smartHUB connected directly into your router or are you using a switch of any kind? The smartHUB needs to have a direct connection to the router.  Thank you.
