Me too. Have you tried calling AcuRite? “You are the 188 caller in line, have a nice day”. Let me know if you get a response, I want mine replaced too before the warranty runs out a year from now. Hello? Is anybody from AcuRite going to help us?

Some Kinda Of Customer Service No Reply To A On going Problem Not Only Me But Other People As Well.   AcuRite  Fix The Problem Are Send Me A New Unit..... If Not Will Post On You Tube And Facebook How Sorry Your Customer Service Is And Your Products Are........It's Been 3 Days Ago Since I Made A Post About This Problem..    Paid Good Money For A PIECE Of CRAP........

Try going to their website during business hours and use their live chat, I did that this week and got an RMA shipping label to return it!
