I have a 02033C/888143. my hourly, 12 /24 hr stoped.I just have a "- " in all the places on my mobile app. Any suggestion as to why??

I have a 02033C/888143. 2 days ago my hourly, 12 hour and 24 hour updates stopped working. I just have a "- " in all the places on my mobile app. Any suggestion as to why??

Thank you for your continuing updates of what each of you may be experiencing. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Our hosting services partner conducted an upgrade on their servers. As this occurred the historical data and charts are needing to catch up. With this being said each data element that records it's own separate data runs on it's separate process. The system and server on the back end are up and running and you may begin to notice some data coming in for some charts while not yet for another as the system continues to catch up. Example: You may see your data for humidity but not yet for rainfall. As this data continues to work through the system queues and catch up we will keep you updated. Thank You
