I have a 01057 RM 5in1 weather station. Accurite dashboard as well as inside monitor shows all applicable readings. Weather Underground reports no data been received for 6 days (power went out briefly to the modem for a reboot). Since then no connection with Weather Underground. Both blue lights are at desired state with the one light going off then on about every 35 seconds which is supposed to show data being sent. I put the IP address in the browser and it shows the bridge is connected with a signal strength of 3. The router says device is on and registered correct MAC address. I even tried the reset button on the web page, but still no Weather Underground connection. Any ideas?

Hello Jim,

Please try to remove your Weather Underground credentials from My AcuRite completely and re-add them. Please DO NOT COPY AND PASTE THE CREDENTIALS. Use your Station Key as the password instead of your password or vise versa for Weather Underground. Let us know if this issue continues. Thank you

Hello Jim,

I was able to view your station on Wunderground and show it is transmitting. Based off todays readings so far I am seeing that it is maintaining a connection. Have you lost connection since we last spoke? Please let us know if you continue to have this issue. Thank you.

No everything is working as should be. It appears to be an issue if the router or modem go down due to a power outage or the router is rebooted due to a problem with a camera or something. It appears the bridge doesn't recover well after an outage and triggers something to not transmit to weather underground. I will pay attention to this fact now that the issue has been resolved. Thanks for the help.

Try reserving an IP (done on your router) for the smarthub . that way, when power doesn't happen ;) the devices always get/give the same IP  <tip> reserve a IP at the upper end of the DHCP range block so no other device can grab it
