I got my access on April 4th and and on the 29th and 28th Saturday and Sunday it's been disconnecting

I got my access on April 4th and and in on the 28th and 29th Saturday and Sunday it's been disconnecting but it says it's connected on the AcuRite access

When your Access goes offline, do both sensors go offline at the same time always or does it seem one does more than the other? Do the sensors come back online by themselves or do you have to do a power cycle to get them back up and running? I see you are sending to Weather Underground, do you lose connection to WU as well? What building material is between the Access and the sensors? What is the make and model of your router? Are you using a switch? What brand of batteries do you have in your Access? Do you have the Access within 3 feet of any major electronics, router and smartHUB included? If so, please move the Access away from the electronics as far as the Ethernet cable will allow you. Please let us know if this continues. Thank you.

All three sensors go offline at the same time and go back online automatically and I even switched the internet cable that didn't do anything

And it only goes offline during the night hours and sometimes during the day

Happened on 5:47AM and reconnect it at 9:47AM

It still continues to happen even though I moved it away from any major Electronics

I loss all signals from all my sensors, going on three hours, what a POS access is.
  My old hub is working just fine.

I switched back to my old Hub, unlike Access it works...
