I continue to receive false alerts for my water sensors.

I continuously receive "water detected" emails. When i check the area, there is no water. Not even damp. The 3 daisy chain sensors are on concrete floor. Thanks for any info.

Hello Dan,

Please verify you are following the battery recommendations listed below. If you are, please reset the unit. To reset, please press and hold the reset button located inside the battery compartment for 10-12 seconds or until the display clears completely.  Please let us know if this issue continues.  Thank you.
