I cannot register my smarthub. New phone so cant remember old account info. Opened new account but cannot add hub because error message states that the hub belongs to another account. OF COURSE ACURITE CANNOT BE EMAILED DIRECTLY
We were able to pull up your account with the Gmail email address. We do not see a device registered to that account. You should not have an issue registering the device ID to your account. Please try again, and let us know if you continue to experience an issue.
