I can not show my weather station sensors in AcuRite my .. I will not peseo the SmartHub ???

buy a weather station model 02064CDI1 Download the new pc conect and everything is OK
2 Create an account in my AcuRite all ok
3 load the device with the MAC address and my station appears 5-1
4 when the dashboard display a message that says
No charts available for the selected date range
and I can not see the sensors
5 does not possess the SmartHub device that will be the problem ... ??

You want to make sure you are getting a current time stamp where it say last data received. This lets you know the information is updating. If the timestamp continues to update but you are not getting any readings, we would recommend unplugging the USB cable for 30 seconds. When you plug it back in try a different port.  If this does not correct the problem, try a different USB cable if you have one, and the last step we would recommend is to uninstall, and reinstall the PC Connect software. If this does not correct the problem, please contact AcuRite customer support at 877-221-1252. Thank you. Have a good day!
