Humidity Issue with 01080M

My company purchased about 50 of these units for use at our retail pharmacies.  We have had several that are reporting incorrect (very high) humidity values.  Is there anything that can be done?  Is this a known issue?  It's been at least 3-4 units within the first few weeks.

Hello Mike,

What is the humidity reading, and what do you think it should be reading? What are you comparing the readings to?

They are consistently jumping up into the 80s and 90s.  The actual humidity is between 10-15%, as verified through several other devices.

Hello Mike,

We would recommend taking the monitors and putting them side by side with your other devices and let them sit there for 30 minutes without touching them. After the 30 minutes compare the readings. They should read within 4% of each other. The accuracy standard is +/-2% for the humidity reading on this monitor.
