Hub stopped working five days ago

The device has power, but steady blue lights on both sides; it's not transmitting.  This is the second hub that has done the exact same thing on me.  For the $'s spent, it's very frustrating.

Hello Matt,

The lights will only flash when a reading is sent. We would recommend power cycling the router and smartHUB. Power them down for about 2 minutes. After the 2 minutes power up the router. Wait for it to come back online. Once it is online go ahead and plug the Ethernet cable back into the router. Power up the smartHUB. Wait about a minute or two, and see if you are start transmitting online.
