Hub Replacement Status

I submitted the form on Friday for a replacement hub/bridge when mine failed last Thursday.  I haven't seen any e-mails about you even getting my form. Please let me know when I should expect to see something. From all the posts I understand your busy but communication helps a lot.

Give them about 7 days to respond and another for arrival

So is there someone I can talk to about this order?  I am a little concerned about the shipping address and delivery method.

We can see the replacement was ordered, and there was a typo in the order information. You should still have received the replacement smartHUB at the correct address. Can you confirm that you have received the replacement? It should have come via FedEx smart post. This is where FedEx picks it up from us, and delivers to your local postal carrier, and they deliver it to you. We would be happy to address any further concerns you have. Have a great day!
