Hub Power and Reporting Issues

I have two smartHubs at my place with 5 in 1 sensors plus a
few extra sensors. The first issue is one stopped reporting back in January. I’m
not sure why. It seems to be connected to the net. Has an IP address in my
range and I can punch in the address and see live signal strength and so on. When I go into the settings on the webpage, it seems to know the sensors are there and when I unplug it, it knows it’s not online. Problem 2 happened today. The second hub had no power. I figured it was the power supply so I pugged it into the power supply of the first hub that wasn’t reporting. Well, that was a mistake; it worked for a few minutes and killed that power supply. So now I have one dead hub and two dead power supplies. Any suggestions? I found a power supply for the non-reporting hub but as usual, it’s still not reporting.

Hello Dan,

What is the model number of your smartHUBs? Are you able to test the power supply to make sure they are dead?

Thank you for the replies! I was able to test the supplies with a volt meter. They are dead. The model of the dead hub is 09150M. I think it's the same for the other non-reporting one. Both are over a year old.
