Hub no longer communicating after changing batteries in 5 in 1 sensor. (9150TRX Hub) hub was working fine for until the batteries in weather station died. I tried to reset the hub but all I get are steady blue lights. I also get green light and flashing amber light at the back. What should I do? The weather station is transmitting data to the remote display in my home so I know it's not the weather station.

Frank the one should have nothing to do with the other but here is a thought. Go to your Myacurite dashboard, go to settings tab then devices go to the bottom of the page and see if your 5 in 1 is listed in My sensors or Available sensors. You may need to pick it again. You say the display is receiving the sensor the readings are changing? because the display can keep showing the last readings it received. The battery placement in the 5 in 1 can be tricky. Good luck.

Hello Frank,

We show the 5n1 is transmitting online. There is a temperature & humidity sensor that is currently offline. We would recommend brining it within 3 feet of the smartHUB. Remove the batteries for about 2 minutes. After the 2 minutes put the batteries back in. Give it a couple of minutes, and it should start transmitting online. Once it is you can put it back where it belongs.
