Hub HD Display Upgrade

I just received my new Access and HD display 06027 and three sensors.  I currently have a 5n1 06014, colour display 06037 and three room sensors. Can I setup the new display and continue to use the old display, i.e use in different area of the house?  Also any issues using both hubs?  I know I will need a new WU id if I add the Access and continue with the old hub.  Thanks

Hello DaDD,
The 5in1 display 06037 and the HD display 06027 can run in the same home without issue.  The two models do not use the same sensors so there will not be any interference issues.  You can run the smartHUB and Access at the simultaneously without issue. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you.

Thanks.  But could you clarify what you mean by the two models do not use the same sensors?  The 06027 will see the 5n1 06014 right?  I also have 3 06044M sensors.  Can the new HD display see them?

Hello DaDD,

The 06027 will not see the 5in1 sensor. This display will only show your 06044M sensors.   We do offer a display that can show the 5in1 sensor and three additional 2in1 sensors.  The model of that display is 01536. For your convenience, I have provided a link below to the display. Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you.

Thanks but I already arrange for a RMA.  Too bad it wasn't clearer on your site what displays work with what sensors.  Would have saved me a lot of trouble and money as I have to pay to ship it back.
