Hub connection and temperature calibration

I have two problems with my 01036A1. First, and it has been for awhile, I cannot get the hub to reconnect, even when hooked up by USB cable. Having the the app on my phone is my favorite thing, but I haven't been able to access it.

Also, my outdoor temp reading went whacky, showing 116 when temps all around were about 90. Tried recalibrating, but it will only go down to 96???

Dear Brian and Friends, my time like yours has an opportunity cost of about $99.99 per hour. I am done with this company ACURITE . I am in my final moments of continuing with anymore discust about AcuRite. Thousands are complaining NUTS.
I am no longer interested in AcuRite. My friends please stop buying from this disfunctional company. It's too bad I thought I got a good deal.

Hello Steve L,

We are sorry to hear this. We would be happy to assist you with your smartHUB. What is the model number of the smartHUB, and what are the lights currently doing on the smartHUB?  We did try to locate your My AcuRite account based on the email address registered with the community forum, but were unable to do so. Do you still have your My AcuRite account?

Hello Brian,
To take out the calibration go to MyAcuRite.com, Click on settings, devices, then edit your sensor. You can put zero in to remove all calibration. Then click save.
