How do you get support outside of business hours?

How does someone get support from AcuRite outside of normal business hours?  AcuRite has short hours and are not open weekends.  I work during the week and cannot call into the telephone service when they are open.  
I placed a question on this support site on Sunday, 1/14/2018.  I have not received a response other than someone else saying they are having the same probem I am and no one has helped him either.
I am getting frustrated with the problem I have and lack of support AcuRite provides.

The holiday delays such responses.  Their office staff only got back today.  Give them time to catch up.  From years of reading similar issues re. the data logger, don't expect too much though;  the 02032 system has some great things going for it, but a few exasperating ones too, like no daily high and low feature,

We are very sorry for the delay in response.  We have responded to the thread you refer to above asking if your display is on Mode 3. If the display is not on USB Mode 3 it will not transfer data.  We are always happy to assist you here on community forum if you are not able to contact us over the phone.
