John once the sensor is powered up the smarthub should find it in a short time all by itself. From your Myacurite dashboard you will need to go to "Settings / Devices" and at the bottom of the page  "Available Sensors" and then add it there.

Hello John,
The model number listed 00359 is not compatible with the smartHUB.  To monitor your soil temperature and humidity online, you will need model 00276LS.  If you are using model 00276LS you would need to install batteries in the sensor then add the sensor on My AcuRite under Settings>Devices 'Available Sensors'.  After installing the batteries, the sensor will automatically populate under available sensors.  Please let us know if you have any other questions.
