Tim the model number of your display would help but if your 5 in 1 is sending data to the hub that's good its working so it sounds like you need to reset your display. Make sure your display and 5 in 1 are o the same ABC setting, that's not used for the hub.

sounds like your antenna connection between Display and sensor is 'disconnected'.  Display's normally have a signal strength indicator on them.  Check to see if Display is getting a signal from sensor.  if not, move Display to location where it can get a signal.

If not that, check Display's power.  Make sure that GFI circuit is not tripped and batteries are good.

You need to do local diagnostics and supply more info....

Thanks for the replies.
I have the, Pro+ 5-in-1; 995 WES Bundle;  Sensor 06014, Display 06058, with smart Hub
My display was working great for months, but then it stopped showing the current temp, wind, rain, etc. information about 3 days ago. But it still shows all the rain records & pressure, time, date.
I have not moved, added any electrical items, or changed the ABC switches.
If i unplug the display, the signal bars flash on & off for a while, like its loading, but then stops showing the signal bars completely.
I was thinking bad batteries, but i still receive the information through the hub. The unit is only 6 months old, & i purchased new name brand Lithium batteries for it. I have to get my extension ladder back from a crew in order to get on the roof.
I preformed a sensor search, but i still have the bars at temp, wind, humidity, feels like, wind chill.

Tim with the 06058 display you may need to go back into the menu and search for your sensor and repick it. Also this display has the antenna on top instead of having it straight up try leaving it a notch down on an angel this worked better for me, you may need to rotate it around to find the best reception. The time, date and pressure all come from the display and not the sensor, the rain records are in memory only the current rain readings come from the sensor.

This may be an instance of the ABC switch in the 5n1 tarnishing, throwing it to a different channel. If you change the channel setting on the display, and find the 5n1 that way, that pretty much confirms it. If that is the problem, sliding the 5n1 switch back and forth a few times often clears it up.

After completing the 2nd signal search, I am now back up & working.
I did not have to relocate, change batteries, or anything else.
I have no idea why it lost the signal, but glad it's working again.
Thanks for the help
