HELP! All Streaming Failed

In the last day our weather station is no longer streaming.  I can't figure it out.  I have restarted everything. And it is still reading FAILED!  The console is connecting to my computer.  Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Are you running the PC connect software ?  If so did you update to the newest version ? Remember if you are running PC connect software you have to delete the old version before you install the new version . Link to new software   : https://www.acurite.com/kbase/downloads/PC_Connect_My_AcuRite.html

Hello Jennifer,

Can you please provide us with the model number of your product? Are you using a smartHUB or PC Connect display.  

If you are using a smartHUB please try the following steps:

Please go to My AcuRite and create an account if you have not done so already The lights should function as follows: The left blue light is a network status light. It should flash for 1 second each time a reading is sent otherwise it will be steady. The right hand light should be solid steady. If the lights are working correctly, please try the following steps:

1. Go to settings and click devices.

2. Enter your device ID and zip code.

3. Enter your address information where the smartHUB is located.

4. Select if you want the station pressure which is a raw pressure you can calibrate, or the adjusted pressure which is a calibrated pressure based off your altitude.

5. Click Save.

6. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and add your sensors.

**Note it make take a little bit of time before your sensor information comes up.

If this does not correct the problem, then please power down your bridge for about two minutes. You want to unplug the power, and Ethernet cable from your router. If you are able to please power down your router as well. After the two minutes, please power up your router. Once it is online, plug the Ethernet cord back into the router, and power up the bridge. If the lights are functioning as they should, please try the steps above.

If you have a PC Connect display please try the steps below:

Please make sure you have your display in USB mode 3 (depending on the model number of the display you may not have a USB mode). On the PC Connect software under status it should say the display console is detected. Below that last data received should be a current date and time stamp. Below that My AcuRite Sharing should say Data Sending. If it does not please go to Weather Sharing, and make sure you have the box checked that says share my weather data. You will enter your Device ID/ Mac address. Below that you will click share now. Under status you will then see My AcuRite Sharing: Data sending. You will then go to My AcuRite.com, and log into your account. Go to settings and devices and enter your information as requested. Thank you. Have a great day!
