Have not received order confirmation or shipping email, where is my product?

Two weeks ago I waited on hold for EIGHT hours over MULTIPLE days to upgrade two hubs.  When I FINALLY got through to a customer service representative, she took my order over the phone and told me that due to a bug in the system, she could not use any emails with Hotmail or Outoook.  So I gave her a different email address which she must have entered incorrectly.  I saw the order charged to my credit card and thus knew at least the order went through even though I did not get my order confirmation email.  Could you please route my order confirmation to my AcuRite email address and let me know when I should expect to receive my product?
