Gateway Rejected: avs Please try again or attempt refreshing the page

I have tried 4 times tonight to make a purchase.  Trying to replace my gateway b/c AcuRite soon will quit supporting the gateway I just purchased about 6 months ago.  Along with the gateway I wanted to purchase 2 new sensing devices for humidity/temp.

I keep getting the same message... Gateway Rejected: avs etc., etc..  I am using debit card from an American bank.  I am shipping to an American address.  Do I need to phone in the order?  Is it certain that I have not been charged for these 4 orders?  What is wrong with your credit card ordering system?  

Why don't you replace my current gateway for free as it is still under warranty?  It was purchased less than a year ago, in fact about 6 months ago!

I am having the same problem when trying to purchase the upgrade. Tried my American Express and Mastercard. Please fix the problem before March 30, that’s when my $90 discount runs out.

UPDATE ON THIS.  My ZIP Code changed about 5 years ago.  I have had the same bank for all of those years, but ZIP code referencing account has not been changed by bank.  I tried entering in my OLD zip code, and the order was placed.  AcuRite was NOT at fault.  My apologies, the error was NOT the Fault of AcuRite.

Same problem here.  We need an answer from Acurite.  Did these orders go thru or didn't they.  My cc was charged.  Will Acurite fix this or do I proceed with a credit card chargeback??
