Please make sure your display is on USB mode 3 as well. If you have it on USB mode 3, please unplug the USB connection for about 2 minutes and plug it back in. The VIS reader is raw data, we usually let the customers know they don't have to pay attention to that information as it will not match their readings. When you plug in the USB, and it detects the Chaney Instrument company under devices and printers do you see a triangle with and ! point? What version of Windows are you using on your computer?
