End of Hub service retaliation

With Acurite deciding to end our hub service, we can't simply take our business elsewhere, which I am already doing. We need to generate ideas here to retaliate against the company that screwed us. I will start with suggesting that we flood them with bad reviews about how they arbitrarily discontinue service for a functional product, while trying to upsell us, on amazon. A big hit to their amazon reviews will hurt their sales. It doesn' get me the money back that I paid for my hub, but it is something at least. Write your review stating this shady practice for every one of their products that is listed on amazon.

I just maxed out my 7 unverified reviews for this week. Please post negative reviews on amazon, clarifying that this company has arbitrarily and unnecessarily decided to terminate our service.

If your system is <1 yr old and still under warranty then go to bbb.org and ask for a buyback.

They are still selling their smart hub based SKU's on Amazon but others have already posted warning message reviews.

I agree it's unethical to demand a ransom to continue to use a product still under warranty.

However for older systems their upgrade offer seems fair.

I paid $80 canadian for my hub on amazon with free shipping. They want to charge me $36 USD for shipping, plus $40 USD for the access. That ends up being $95 canadian dollars! Doesn't seem fair to me.

Already done, for a complete weather station just 2 months old.  Included a screenshot of the notification.  This company is going to burn itself to the ground with it's blown customer service.

Hello,

Please excuse me as I haven't looked here in a while.  What is the latest regarding the EOS for the wireless bridge?  Has a class action lawsuit been established yet?

Thanks!
