If you have an AcuRite account you can check your orders. Mine said 'Processing' for two days and now it has changed to 'Complete' and I got the shipping email. I see comments on other posts of multiple purchases being processed. I think the confirmation step may not be returning to your screen, but in fact it does process. Looking forward to my new Access. The Smart Hub has not been reliable for me and I'm happy to try something new.

So I reply to the email asking for a valid code, turns out it was sent from an unmonitored mailbox, dial the number on the response, the # is no longer in service.
Come on folks, this is the simpler part of things. Issue valid codes, keep your sites and auto-response templates updated.
