Email offer discount code for the AcuRite Access does not work. Have tried calling but on hold for hours. Please help as I do not want to miss this discounted offer!!

Keep trying - I think the site is a little overwhelmed.  Took me a few tries but finally succeeded.  The screens were very slow responding, but did come back.

No, just didn't take the coupon code and respond with any change in the page.  Like nothing happened.  I refreshed my cart and pasted the same coupon code and waited (without hitting any other buttons!) and it finally accepted with 'coupon applied'.  It must have been at least 60 seconds before the response.

My code doesn't work either. I tried to purchase the Access yesterday. My coupon code was accepted, but the order itself didn't go through -- I got a database error. Now the coupon code doesn't work anymore; I guess because the system thinks I used it. I tried calling multiple times, but I get a message that they are having system issues and can't process my call, and then the system hangs up on me.

Same thing happened to me. Then tonight I got an email from Acurite saying my order had been shipped.  It does not show in my account the purchase but when I checked my bank account online, it shows the discounted purchase did go thru. Crazy stuff!

I got an email this morning saying my order had been shipped. It does show in my account history, though. Definitely crazy! I hope AcuRite gets their tech issues worked out soon.

If you have an AcuRite account you can check your orders.  Mine said 'Processing' for two days and now it has changed to 'Complete' and I got the shipping email.  I see comments on other posts of multiple purchases being processed.  I think the confirmation step may not be returning to your screen, but in fact it does process.  Looking forward to my new Access.  The Smart Hub has not been reliable for me and I'm happy to try something new.

Well, got the discount code yesterday and tried to use it today.
Coupon code "<redacted>" is not valid.
Is someone just using cut/paste to reply to these requests?

So, can I get a valid code?

So I reply to the email asking for a valid code, turns out it was sent from an unmonitored mailbox, dial the number on the response, the # is no longer in service.
Come on folks, this is the simpler part of things.  Issue valid codes, keep your sites and auto-response templates updated.
