I made the following comment on an order I placed last evening: "Do NOT ship via FedEx!" Well, apparently nobody read that comment because I got notification that my purchase was shipped today via (you guessed it!) FedEx! Nobody called or emailed me to ask why I didn't want shipping via FedEx or if there was some other way they could ship that would better suit my particular situation. I would even have been more than happy to pay extra for other shipping solutions, especially since the shipping on this order was "free." Well, it may be "free" to someone, but the chances are great that it will cost me plenty. I will not go into the problem and waste the consumers'/readers' time here, but if the company wants any of my business or good references in the future, it might be appropriate to at least give me the courtesy of a call or email!
