Does the new Access work with the Lightning Sensor I just purchased?

I just purchased the 5-in-1 with HD display and Lightning sensor. I then purchased the Access but it does not recognize the Lightning sensor. Does the Access support this?

No.  The stand-alone lightning sensor is not supported by either the Access or SmartHUB.

That’s a huge miss. Do you know if there are plans for Access to support it at some point?

Thank you Rachell. I am very disappointed to hear this. I just purchased the 5-in1, HD Display with the lightning detector bundle and then purchased the Access Hub. Can I return 5-in-1 this purchase, keep the Access Hub and get it credit towards the new Atlas Elite once is ships?

At this time we do not have a release date for the Atlas systems and are not able to offer any credit towards a unit.  We do have a 90 day return policy if the product was purchased directly from AcuRite.com.  Did you want to return your order? Hi Rachel, 

No, the 5-in-1 is installed. I did purchase directly from AcuRite but it would be more of a hassle to take it down, box it up and return than to just keep it.
