Does Acurite tech support return calls?

I bought a new system with a SmartHub, delivered last week.  The SmartHub is basically DOA, so I need a replacement.  I called Monday, heard that I was #21 in the tech support queue.  No problem, I requested a call-back and hung up. 48 hours later, no call back.  I just called again, and this call was #9 in the queue.  So, either they're not calling anybody back, or they've done fewer than 12 calls in the last 2 days.  Any idea which it is?

Hello Jerry,

We are sorry if you did not receive your call back. We are happy to assist you with your smartHUB.  What are the lights on the HUB doing? Do you have the HUB connected directly into your router or are you using a switch of any kind?  We do recommend a direct connection to the router.  Thank you.
