Does Accurite have a clue as to how their telephone support line is backed up. 74 in line, 124 minute wait.

Does Accurite management even have a clue as to how backlogged their telephone support line is backed up. this morning again, I was number 74 in line a and 127 minute anticapated wait. This is about the 10th try with same results. I will not buy another accurite product due to this.

I don't think anyone there has a clue about support. Luckily there are folks on this forum who are willing and able to help out.

So, 74 in line and 127 anticipated wait...  That means they intend to flush you after less than 2 mins talking!

That's because their products suck,  move on to newer WS that work..
