The troubleshooting site says to remove the batteries and push the reset. There are no batteries or reset button. Any ideas?

The only listed Batteries for that model are in the (5 in 1) Sensor (and should not be relevant to your issue) . I did not see mention of them in the troubleshooting section.
Did you Unplug, then DISCONNECT the wall adapter for  at least 5 minutes?  If you have a DC voltmeter, you might check the output of that adapter while you wait.  Less than =/- 5% of name plate is standard tolerance

The backlight is still lit, just no display. Voltage is normal on the wall adapter. Left it unplugged for over 15 minutes. Plugged back in and still no display, only the backlight.

Hello Mikee56,

This model does not have batteries. You may have been viewing information on another display. If you unplugged the display for 15 minutes this is equal to resetting the display. We have emailed you at the email address on file regarding your warranty. Please check your inbox. Thank you.
