I have had my weather station for less than one year and now you are discontinuing my access technology and I must pay $40 for new technology and if I do not do so by the end of March, I will have to pay $90 more than that.  

Not a way to treat your customers.  You should offer a refund for my original purchase and let me go to another company that does not do this to their customers.
