Disconnect problems with NewAccess 09155M

I just received the new Access Hub.  It replaced my old reliable SmartHub but it is not performing like it.    Every day it disconnects.  New batteries don't help.  I am very unhappy.  Help!   Did I receive a dud?

I have the old access and of late I have the same issue.
