Device offline since this morning

My new and improved Acurite Access has been offline since this morning. I received an alert and thought maybe my Internet was just down. I remoted into my network and found all was working as it should. I thought maybe the device itself had crashed or something. 

When I got home, I saw it appeared to look ok, but unplugged and replugged anyway (which shouldn't have made a difference because it has the batteries). It did restart the device with a blinking red light and then back to blue, as it should. A while has passed now and it's still offline.

I poked around and found the Info page for the device. Its server name is set to connect to atlasapi.myacurite.com, which does not ping, so maybe that's why things are offline. But I've never tried to ping it when it was working so I'm not sure if it's supposed to.

In any case, I thought I would start here since emails to support go unanswered (I have one still unanswered from at least a week ago).

Any ideas? Thanks.

mine is doing the same thing. I have the new acurite access, my info is being reported correctly to W Underground but my acurite has been offline since 11 am.

Thanks! I'm glad to know at least it's not just me. In my case, both show offline since just before 10 a.m. Pacific.

Yes, I called this number this am, and they got mine fixed
2627294850 that's 262-729-4850, I couldn't get thru on their 800 number or the 4852 number.
