Device ID# Missing

I have a 75077/75107TBDIA3 Weather Forecaster I purchased from Lowes, the sticker for the Device ID is not on the back of the unit. Please assist me with an ID# The software "My AcuRite" app I'm trying to use from AcuRite website already shows 24:C8:6E:__:__:__ I cannot change the first three sets of number?

That is not a MAC address. Log into your router and look at the device when it is connected. It will show the mac address. If it is an Acurite product you will use the last 6 digits.

RM I'm not sure I follow you this unit does not report to MyAcurite, unless you have a smarthub that picks up the remote sensor.

Hello RM Hale,

If you are wanting to transmit your sensor online you would need to purchase a smartHUB that plugs directly into your router. The smartHUB can hold up to 10 compatible sensors, and the displays are not compatible with the smartHUB. You would need to purchase an additional sensor and place it indoors to get indoor information. The link to the smartHUB is below.
