I deleted cookies from pc and lost access to MyAcuRite login. Login won't recognize email and/or password. Using ACCESS hub. What happened?

did you use a different email or password when setting up the Access?

do you have the app on your phone? you can check the email there  got to settings / manage account it will show you the email its using.

No, just updated info as listed on ACCESS setup sheet.   I had been permanently logged in.   ACCESS reporting as usual.

I am happy to report I successfully changed the password and all works.    Maybe making myacurite a cookie exclusion helped.   Thanks for your assistance.

glad you got it back, I have done almost the same thing cleaning up the PC
